After 100 years in one location, Böwe Bell + Howell (BBH) decided to make a major transition to new office space. A great cultural shift was occurring, and both management and employees needed to understand their role in the changing organization.
An internal branding program that reflected BBH’s goals and their respective personalities was developed. An organization comprised of “serious fun” individuals allowed us to design a campaign that inspired, excited, motivated and involved all employees—instilling a new sense of pride with the “Great Minds Think Differently” program.
Paragraphs was a great addition to our marketing team. We were already familiar with their award-winning creative work, but their record in building brands and motivating target audiences is just as exceptional. The internal rallying cry was so successful, it migrated to customers and suppliers who now understand how the “little company who could” became so big in the marketplace.
The “Great Minds Think Differently” campaign extended from conference rooms and offices to hallways, manufacturing areas and reception.
The new headquarters were designed with “great thinker” murals and quotes to inspire all who enter the rooms.
A unique café was created and named the Energy Bar. E=MC2 takes on new meaning with power bars and cappuccino machines that help drive the mid-day energy crunch.
